What is JAMMY CON 2026?

JAMMY CON 2026 is a two-day indoor K-pop festival presented by Kawaii Alley. The weekend brings together main stage programming, P1Harmony, cover dance, Random Play Dance, cosplay, workshops, fan meet-ups, photocard activities, photo booths, games, lucky draws, Vendor Market, and Artist Alley.

JAMMY CON 2026 takes place Saturday, Oct 31 and Sunday, Nov 1, 2026.

Where is JAMMY CON 2026?

The festival is at WinSport Event Centre inside Markin MacPhail Centre: 88 Canada Olympic Road SW, Calgary, AB T3B 5R5.

Is JAMMY CON all ages?

Yes. Attendees under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Attendees ages 12-17 may attend without a guardian, but remain the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian.

Are event details final?

Schedule, lineup, room placement, entrances, queues, booth locations, and access details are subject to change as the final event plan is completed. Follow official JAMMY CON pages for current updates.

Where can I find official updates?

Is JAMMY CON indoors?

Yes. JAMMY CON 2026 is planned as an indoor festival at WinSport Event Centre, with programming across the Event Centre, Arena B, and Legacy Room.

Tickets & entry

Access, wristbands, and screening

Every attendee must follow JAMMY CON policy, venue rules, and staff or security instructions.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is fully canceled. Artist, lineup, schedule, or program changes do not qualify for refunds. Check Tickets Info for current ticket and pass details.

Can I transfer or resell my ticket?

Tickets are non-transferable unless a transfer option is explicitly offered by the ticketing platform or JAMMY CON. Unauthorized resale or scalping of tickets, VIP passes, or add-ons is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

What happens with counterfeit or tampered tickets?

Counterfeit, resold, or tampered tickets may be voided without refund, and entry may be denied at the discretion of organizers.

Do I need to wear my wristband or credential?

Yes. Wristbands must remain intact, securely fastened, and visible at all times. They are non-transferable once applied. Do not remove, share, or alter wristbands.

What if my wristband is lost or damaged?

Tampered or lost wristbands will not be replaced and may result in denied entry, removal without refund, or loss of re-entry privileges.

Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry may be limited or unavailable depending on venue rules and event operations. If re-entry is permitted, you must keep your wristband or hand stamp and pass security screening again.

Will there be security screening?

Yes. All attendees are subject to mandatory security screening on entry. Refusal to comply with screening or staff instructions may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

Do vendor badges include concert or special event access?

No. Vendor badges are for booth staff and festival/Vendor Hall access during vendor hours. They do not include Ultimate Pass benefits, reserved seating, P1Harmony concert access, fan sign, group photo, soundcheck, or other separately ticketed or restricted experiences.

Can staff deny access to restricted areas?

Yes. Some areas require special credentials or passes, including VIP, photo-op, backstage, staff-only, or other restricted spaces. Access is at the discretion of organizers, venue staff, and security.

Use the venue address for maps and rideshare, then follow event signs and staff directions when you arrive.

What areas of the venue does JAMMY CON use?

The current event plan uses the Event Centre for main stage and concert programming, Arena B for the Vendor & Fan Zone, and Legacy Room for workshops and community activities.

How early should I arrive?

WinSport recommends arriving at least 45 minutes before live-event start times so you have time for parking, lineups, security, and wayfinding.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free on-site parking is available at WinSport for JAMMY CON guests. Use Canada Olympic Road SW for venue access, and check the Venue page for arrival details before you go.

Can I take transit or rideshare?

Calgary Transit serves the Canada Olympic Park / WinSport area. Check live transit schedules before travel. For rideshare, use WinSport Event Centre, 88 Canada Olympic Road SW, Calgary, AB T3B 5R5.

Where should rideshare drop off?

Use WinSport Event Centre, 88 Canada Olympic Road SW, Calgary, AB T3B 5R5 as the destination, then follow event-day signs, venue directions, and staff instructions for pickup or drop-off flow. The Venue page includes the address and map links.

Is the floor plan available?

The final floor plan is coming soon. Final room placement, entrances, queues, booth locations, and traffic flow will be posted closer to the event on the Venue page.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is accessible to attendees with disabilities. Accessible routes, seating support, ramps, elevators, and staff assistance are part of the venue plan. Attendees needing specific accommodations are encouraged to contact JAMMY CON in advance so reasonable efforts can be made to assist.

Are service animals allowed?

Trained and certified service animals are permitted in accordance with venue and provincial regulations. Pets, emotional support animals, and unapproved animals are not permitted. Service animals must remain under control at all times.

Who is the special guest?

P1Harmony is the JAMMY CON 2026 special guest. They are a six-member South Korean boy group known for performance-forward K-pop, hip-hop, R&B, choreography, and strong live crowd energy. Visit the P1Harmony page for the guest feature.

What is planned for Saturday, Oct 31?

Current Saturday highlights include Vendor Market & Artist Alley, photo booths, games, lucky draws, cosplay show, K-pop sing-along, photocard trading and decorating, fan club meet-up, K-trivia, Random Play Dance audition, opening ceremony, Cover Dance Contest, and the P1Harmony concert.

What is planned for Sunday, Nov 1?

Current Sunday highlights include Dress Like Your Bias, public Random Play Dance, Vendor Market / Artist Alley, photo booths, games, workshops, photocard activities, K-trivia, and fan club meet-up programming.

Will more events be announced?

Will there be a Fansign Event?

What is Dress Like Your Bias?

Dress Like Your Bias is a Sunday fan activity listed on the current schedule. Final participation details and any rules will be confirmed through official JAMMY CON updates.

What are fan club meet-ups?

Fan club meet-ups are community gathering blocks where fans can connect around shared artists or fandoms. Exact formats, hosts, and room details may change as the schedule is finalized.

What are photocard trading and decorating activities?

Photocard activities are community sessions for trading, decorating, and connecting with other collectors. Trading areas are for trading only; selling in trading zones is not allowed unless JAMMY CON gives written approval.

What is the Cover Dance Contest?

Cover Dance Contest applicants submit one final K-pop cover dance video by July 31 at 11:59 PM MDT. Public voting and judge review select the top 5 groups, and finalists perform live at JAMMY CON on Oct 31 for a $2,000 CAD grand prize. What is Random Play Dance?

Random Play Dance is a crowd dance activity where K-pop fans jump in and dance when they know the song.

Can I host a workshop, meet-up, or activity?

Where should I check for final times?

Safety & rules

Festival policy highlights

By purchasing a ticket or attending, you agree to follow JAMMY CON policies and instructions from event staff and venue security.

What is the Code of Conduct?

Treat attendees, staff, performers, vendors, and volunteers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, stalking, bullying, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, or violence will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal without refund and/or reporting to security or authorities.

What if I feel unsafe or witness harassment?

Notify JAMMY CON staff, volunteers, venue staff, or security immediately. The team can help respond, document concerns, and involve security or authorities when needed.

Can JAMMY CON refuse entry or remove someone?

Yes. JAMMY CON and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates event policies. Removal or denied entry under these circumstances is not eligible for refunds.

Do venue rules also apply?

Yes. Attendees must follow venue rules in addition to JAMMY CON policies. If venue rules are stricter than JAMMY CON policies, the stricter rule applies.

What should I do if a child or vulnerable attendee is lost?

Notify staff or security immediately. Lost children or vulnerable attendees will be brought to a designated secure area until reunited with their parent or guardian. Public announcements may be limited for privacy and safety.

What is the bag policy?

Only bags 15" x 12" x 6" (approximately 38 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm) or smaller are permitted, including handbags, small backpacks, and crossbody bags. All bags are subject to security screening. Diaper bags and medical bags may be allowed as exceptions after inspection.

What items are prohibited?

Prohibited items include weapons of any kind, realistic or sharp weapon props, outside food or beverages except approved medical or dietary items, illegal substances, laser pointers, fireworks, aerosol cans, large umbrellas, folding chairs, drones, items that create excessive noise or block views, and anything security or staff deem unsafe or disruptive.

Are cosplay props allowed?

Cosplay is welcome, but props may be inspected and may require peace-bonding or tagging. Props that resemble realistic weapons, include sharp edges, fire projectiles, or could reasonably be used to harm others are prohibited.

Can costumes block aisles or views?

No. Costumes must allow safe movement and must not block exits, aisles, walkways, seating, emergency routes, or other attendees' views. Staff and security have final say on safety.

Are alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, or cannabis allowed?

The use, possession, or distribution of alcohol or illegal drugs is prohibited. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are prohibited inside the venue and any non-smoking areas. If designated outdoor areas are provided, use must follow local laws and venue rules. Intoxicated individuals may be denied entry or removed.

Can I bring medication or medical items?

Medically required items such as inhalers, EpiPens, and prescribed medication are allowed after security inspection. Ask staff for assistance if you have questions about medical or dietary accommodations.

Will first aid be available?

Yes. Certified medical staff and first aid stations will be on-site. If you need help, alert staff or security immediately.

What happens in an emergency?

Emergency exits will be marked, and attendees must follow instructions from staff, security, and emergency personnel. Severe weather or other emergencies may lead to schedule changes, area closures, evacuation, or early event termination.

Photo, video & artists

Recording and performer boundaries

Personal memories are welcome where allowed, but artist, venue, and restricted-area rules come first.

Can I take photos or videos?

Personal photography and short-form video for non-commercial use, such as on phones, are generally permitted except in designated no-photo areas or where additional performer or session rules are posted.

Are there no-photo areas?

Yes, some areas, sessions, artists, or restricted spaces may have no-photo or no-recording rules. Follow posted signage and staff instructions.

Can I record performances?

Short personal phone clips may be allowed where no additional rules are posted, but unauthorized recording of artists, performances, or restricted areas is prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

Can I bring a DSLR, mirrorless camera, or professional video gear?

No. DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, cameras with detachable or interchangeable lenses, and professional video equipment are prohibited unless explicitly approved by JAMMY CON. Attendees with prohibited equipment may be asked to return it to a vehicle or off-site storage, or may be denied entry or removed without refund if they refuse.

Do I consent to being photographed or recorded at the event?

Yes. By attending JAMMY CON, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. JAMMY CON retains full editorial control over event-related materials.

Are press or professional media allowed?

All media coverage, press activity, and professional photography or videography require approval from JAMMY CON organizers. Unauthorized professional media activity is not allowed.

What are the artist interaction rules?

Do not approach restricted areas, backstage zones, or artist-only spaces. No physical contact, unsolicited gifts, attempts to bypass security, throwing objects, rushing the stage, or disruptive fan behavior. Violations may result in removal.

Vendors & trading

Market rules

Vendor Market and Artist Alley are planned for Arena B, the Vendor & Fan Zone.

Where are vendors located?

The Vendor Market and Artist Alley are planned for Arena B. Current vendor hours are Saturday, Oct 31 from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday, Nov 1 from 10:00am to 7:00pm, subject to final schedule updates.

Are vendor applications open yet?

Yes. Vendor and Artist Alley applications are open for JAMMY CON 2026. Review the vendor guide, choose the right application for Artist Alley or the Vendor Area, and apply through the Vendor Registration page. Applications close August 31, 2026 at 11:59pm MDT unless space remains later. You can also watch the Vendors & Exhibitors page for confirmed vendor updates.

Can vendors sell anywhere in the venue?

No. Vendors may only sell from their assigned booth, table, or approved selling space. Roaming sales, aisle sales, selling in trading zones, selling from carts outside the assigned footprint, or approaching attendees away from the booth to sell products are not allowed.

Are counterfeit or unlicensed goods allowed?

No. Merchandise vendors must respect copyright and intellectual property laws. Counterfeit, bootleg, stolen, unsafe, or unauthorized goods are not allowed, and vendors may be asked to prove that official, licensed, or imported products are legitimate.

What are the trading-zone rules?

Designated Trading Zones are for trading only. Selling items in trading areas is prohibited unless JAMMY CON gives written approval for a specific activity. Trading must not block walkways, vendor entrances, seating, or emergency routes.

Can people hand out flyers or promote something?

Selling, soliciting, busking, or promoting any product, service, or event without prior written permission from JAMMY CON is prohibited. Unauthorized flyers, samples, posters, business cards, and promotional materials may be removed.

How do vendor badges work?

Approved vendor spaces include vendor badges for booth staff. Vendor badges are for vendor/festival access during vendor hours and do not include Ultimate Pass benefits, reserved seating, P1Harmony concert access, fan sign, group photo, soundcheck, or separately ticketed experiences.

Can vendors use AI-generated artwork?

No. AI-generated or AI-assisted products, product designs, artwork, graphics, written products, booth merchandise, and other saleable or display materials are not allowed. Applicants must confirm that their products and product designs are human-created and do not use AI-generated or AI-assisted content.

Are giveaways allowed?

Giveaways may be allowed if they are free, safe, and contained within the approved booth. Commercial giveaways require approval from JAMMY CON, such as fan banners with logos.
