Fanclub Registration

Be part of the fandom magic that makes JAMMY CON unforgettable! Register your fanclub and join a vibrant community of fans coming together to celebrate, connect, and share the excitement all weekend long. Fanclubs play an important role in bringing energy, community, and fandom spirit to the festival, and having a dedicated fanclub space is a fun way to represent your fandom, meet new friends, and create memorable moments with fellow attendees.

As a registered JAMMY CON fanclub, you’ll enjoy:

  • Dedicated Space: Receive an assigned spot in the Fanclub Meet-Up Area to gather, hang out, and represent your fandom.

  • Community Connection: Meet fellow fans, welcome new members, and build friendships with people who share your interests.

  • Fanclub Visibility: Help bring your fandom to life with signs, lightsticks, freebies, and fun meetups, while following event and venue guidelines.

  • Festival Energy: Be part of what makes JAMMY CON feel alive — fanclubs help create the atmosphere that everyone remembers.

  • Meetup Opportunities: Approved fanclubs may also have the chance to request a scheduled Fanclub Meetup time slot in the Legacy Room during the weekend for organized gatherings, fandom activities, or community meetups, based on availability.

We have limited fanclub spaces available, and placements are based on group size, planned activities, and space needs. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

All fanclubs are expected to follow JAMMY CON policies, venue rules, and directions from event staff and security at all times. Spaces must remain welcoming, respectful, and safe for all attendees in accordance with the festival’s Code of Conduct.

If you are interested in participating but do not currently have an official fanclub or established group, you are still welcome to apply. JAMMY CON celebrates community at every level — whether you represent a large organized fanbase or are simply a passionate group of friends who want to connect with others who share the same interests.
